1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup light cream
1 can (12 ounces) crabmeat, shells removed
1/2 pound uncooked shrimp, shelled an deveined
1/4 cup diced almonds
1/4 pound (1 cup) grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons sherry
1 package (12 biscuits) refrigerated baking powder biscuits
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Combine first 5 ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan and cook on the surface at 200 degrees for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add cheese and sherry; cook stirring constantly until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dip the tops of each biscuit into the parsley flakes; place on top of seafood mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 6.

This sounds so good! This would probably work well with chicken or ham as well (or a combo of both).
